Jim Goddard

Jim joined H&F in 2021 and is focused on helping the Firm drive value by improving the operational effectiveness of H&F’s portfolio companies and protecting the Firm’s data and technology assets. Prior to H&F, Jim was the Chief Information Security Officer for both Kaiser Permanente and CommonSpirit Health. He also previously served in cybersecurity leadership roles at IBM, Hewlett-Packard and Foxcatch.
