Julia Psitos

Julia Psitos is the current Head of People at Alfred. Julia has also served as the Director of People at Pagaya from April 2021 to September 2021. Prior to that, Psitos was the Director of HR at Package Free from October 2019 to April 2021.

Psitos began their career in human resources at WeWork, where they served as the Sr. Director, People & Learning, Community US & Canada from January 2017 to October 2019. Julia then became the Director of Human Resources at 'Wichcraft in May 2016 and held that position until December 2016. In July 2013, Psitos became the Director of Talent Planning and Development at FreshDirect, a position they held until May 2016.

Psitos began their career at Bechtel Corporation in April 2010 as a Human Resources Supervisor. Julia was promoted to Resource Manager Project Controls in March 2012 and held that position until July 2013. Psitos then became the Human Resources Coordinator at Bechtel Power Corporation in June 2007, a position they held until April 2010.

Julia Psitos has a Master’s Degree in Management of Information Technology from Hood College as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Spanish also from Hood College. Julia also has a certification from LifeLabs Learning and is a Founding Community Member.
