Tom Harpaz

Tom Harpaz is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data science and analysis. Currently serving as a Data Scientist and Data Analyst at Flare since December 2021, Tom has previously worked as a Business Analyst at Wix.com, where responsibilities included designing analytical methods and collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decisions. Earlier roles involved serving as a Product Owner at ESR Esramtech Ltd, overseeing a military software project, and holding a similar position in the Israel Defense Forces Military Intelligence, where Tom was responsible for operating high-tech systems and training newcomers. Tom holds a BSc in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and has a strong foundational background in physics and computer science from Aleh School for Arts and Science.
