Paul Weir

Paul Weir is a seasoned audio director, sound designer, and composer with extensive experience in the gaming and media production industries. Currently serving as Audio Director at Hello Games since March 2012, Weir has contributed to acclaimed projects such as No Man's Sky, The Last Campfire, and Joe Danger 2. Additionally, Weir owns and operates Earcom Limited, a London-based audio post-production company specializing in creative sound design and interactive audio across various media. Other notable roles include Audio Director at Microsoft from 2012 to 2018 and Eidos from 2009 to 2012, where involvement included Thief 4. Weir also leads Perfectly Normal Productions Limited, producing radio programs for the BBC. With a background in education as a lecturer at the London College of Music, Weir holds a degree in Broadcasting from the University of Leeds.
