Ray Leider

Ray Leider is a seasoned operations and logistics professional with extensive experience in vendor operations, supply chain management, and eCommerce fulfillment. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Vendor Operations & Logistics at Hello Heart since July 2023, Ray previously held key roles at Zwift, where as Operations Manager for the Americas, significant contributions were made to a strategic shift resulting in a tenfold revenue increase. At Pop & Suki, as Director of Operations, Ray oversaw the end-to-end supply chain, achieving an 8x inventory scale and a 28% reduction in fulfillment costs through improved automation. Earlier career highlights include consulting on the development of an in-house eCommerce fulfillment center at Western Overseas Corporation and launching U.S. operations at DNE Resources. Ray Leider holds a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University and an OCAIQ License in Real Estate from Collège Inter-Dec, Montréal.
