David Touwsma

David Touwsma is an experienced entrepreneur and investment professional with a strong focus on early-stage investing and mobility solutions. Currently serving as Managing Partner at EFO Ventures since 2020, Touwsma co-manages an investment firm targeting sectors such as Mobility, Health & Wellness, Sustainability, and Tech Enabled Services. Touwsma is also a Co-Founder of Today, a company dedicated to promoting a sustainable and electric future in travel. Additionally, Touwsma holds board positions in several mobility technology startups, including Hello Llama, MIXTE, Frog Mobility, and Element LEV, all of which were acquired by Today to create a comprehensive service model in the mobility sector. Prior experience includes key leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Gotcha and CEO of R4 Holdings and MosquitoNix. Touwsma earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
