Pamela Nelson is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Hello Molly since June 2023. Previously, Pamela held roles such as Senior People Experience Business Partner at NOVA Entertainment and Senior Business Partner, People & Culture at The Sydney Collective. With a robust background at Havas as both Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Director, as well as experience in agency settings such as Leo Burnett and Young & Rubicam, Pamela has developed strong expertise in people management and organizational culture. Pamela holds a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and furthered education at London Business School.
