Bart Minsaer

Bart Minsaer has worked in a variety of roles in the telecom and energy industries. From 2018 to the present, they have been the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of HelloSolar International, a company that distributes high quality solar home systems to Ethiopian off-grid areas and communities. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Managing Director of Ability Associates Pte Ltd, and from 2016 to 2018 they were the Chief Commercial Officer and Consultant of BelCash Technology Solutions PLC. In 2012, they completed an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Deputy Chief Residential Sales & Marketing Officer of ethio telecom, where they were responsible for sales plans, creating a new shop concept, managing government accounts, and developing a device portfolio strategy. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Sales Strategy Consultant & Franchise PMO at Orange Armenia, and from 2008 to 2009 they were a Sales & Marketing Transformation Consultant at Telkom Kenya - Orange. From 1998 to 2008, they held various roles at Mobistar (Orange.be), including Customer Value Proposition Manager, Category Manager, Head of Mobistar Centers Owned, Manager Business Center Extensa, and Sales Representative Mobistar Business Center Extensa. Finally, from 1993 to 1998, they were a Promotor at Radio Donna.

Bart Minsaer has a diverse educational background. Bart obtained a Master's degree in Consulting & coaching for change from INSEAD in 2014. Bart also attended Law School at Katholieke Universiteit Brussel from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Science from Heilig Maagdcollege in 1988 to 1990. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Leading the Effective Sales Force from INSEAD in 2013, Chocolatier from SYNTRA Midden-Vlaanderen in 2007, and Category Management from AC Nielsen in 2004.
