Sam Ball

Sam Ball is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, editing, and content creation. Currently serving as a Customer Service Advisor at Hello Student® since July 2022, Sam is also the Founder and Editor of ARDENT Chapter, a community-focused platform established in September 2018. Previous roles include Qualified Dispensary Assistant at Ormskirk Pharmacy, Digital Creative Director at Platfform Magazine, and Content Writer at Buzz Magazine. Sam's early experience features founding Hit the Archives Zine and working in customer service positions at IMG and The Fragrance Corner. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Promotion from the University of South Wales and an Extended Diploma in Creative Media from Southport College.
