Eliza Rader

Eliza Rader is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and strategic client management. Since October 2020, Eliza has held various roles at Alma, currently serving as Senior Manager of Clinical Operations. Prior to this, Eliza worked as a Research Assistant at Columbia University Department of Psychiatry and the New York State Psychiatric Institute, as well as at the Lab for Clinical and Developmental Studies at Teacher’s College, Columbia University. Eliza's background also includes a strong foundation in marketing and sales as an Account Executive at Yelp and an Associate Naming Strategist at Siegel+Gale, where collaboration and innovative naming solutions were emphasized. Eliza holds a Post-Baccalaureate in Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in English and Creative Writing from the University of Pennsylvania.
