Ivonne Andrea Navarro has extensive experience in operations and people and culture management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a P&C Manager for Programs & Projects at Alma since September 2021, Ivonne has contributed significantly to onboarding processes and team development. Prior roles include Operations Coordinator at Grants Ink, LLC, where Ivonne facilitated a team growth of over 50%, and People Operations Coordinator at BloomTech, where responsibilities encompassed the sourcing and onboarding of student roles.
