Océane Cachat has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Océane started their career at Carrefour as a Hôtesse de caisse and agent de rayon from September 2014 to September 2016. Then, they worked at VINCI Facilities as an Assistante RH under a professional contract from May 2016 to September 2018. Océane'sresponsibilities included writing and distributing job ads, conducting interviews, developing school relationships, organizing orientation days, and managing training plans. During this time, they also completed a professional thesis on how the HR function supports the digitalization of New FM professions.

After their time at VINCI Facilities, Océane joined VERYUP.COM as an Instructional Designer from September 2018 to December 2020. Here, they worked on designing instructional materials.

In January 2021, they joined Teach Up as a Customer Success Manager. Océane'sresponsibilities included guiding and supporting clients in using Teach Up, as well as assisting in the creation of innovative e-learning modules. Teach Up is a personalized e-learning creation and distribution SAAS tool that utilizes pedagogical artificial intelligence and adaptive learning systems.

Most recently, Océane was hired by carbo as a Customer Success Manager starting in May 2023.

Océane Cachat's education history begins with their earning a Bachelor's degree in Scientific studies from Lycée du Val de Saône in 2012. Océane then pursued further studies in the field of Economics and Business Administration, earning a degree in Licence administration des entreprises et des sociétés from iaelyon School of Management from 2012 to 2016. Later, they attended ECEMA from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a certified level I degree in Management of Organizations with a specialization in Human Resources.
