Thuy Mai

Thuy Mai (Rita) is an experienced Community Manager currently contributing to Hello Health Group since October 2021, a leading healthcare knowledge and services ecosystem in emerging Asia. Prior to this role, Thuy served as a Community Manager at Microsoft, where the focus was on empowering organizations through digital transformation from October 2020 to October 2021. Thuy also worked as the Partnership and Community Lead at Hyperlocal from October 2018 to September 2020, engaging with two innovative apps, Wave and FanFam. Earlier experience includes serving as Sales Manager at Skyline Media Co., Ltd. from September 2016 to October 2018, and as Sales and Marketing Executive at Bayview Technology from September 2012 to August 2016. Thuy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business English from the University of Education Ho Chi Minh City, along with a Business Administration certificate from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
