Peter Padovano

Peter Padovano is the current Chief Revenue Officer at HelloTeam. Prior to their current position, Peter was the National Vice President of Sales for Bento from September 2018 to February 2019. Peter was brought in as a contract VP of Sales to determine market viability of a self-insured dental offering for employers and self-insured individuals.

Before Bento, Peter held the same title of National Vice President of Sales for Espyr from September 2017 to September 2018. Peter was again brought in as a contract VP Of Sales, this time to launch the rebranding and go-to market strategy for Employee Assistance Products, including an offering called SpotLight. SpotLight was an enhanced version of EAP that would take medical analytical surveys of employee populations to diagnose comorbidity conditions to treat through treatments provided by medically licensed clinical professionals, lowering the need for medical treatment.

Prior to their time at Espyr, Peter was the Vice President of Sales for SmartBooks Corp. from September 2016 to September 2017.

Peter Padovano has a Juris Doctorate from CUNY Queens College School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Queens College. Peter is also certified from CUNY Queens College School of Law in Juris Doctorate.
