Olena Mylenka-Pelishenko

Olena Mylenka-Pelishenko is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a robust background in leading QA teams and initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Lead at Hellotickets since January 2023, Olena previously held key roles at EPAM Systems as QA Lead and at Solvd, Inc. as Senior Program QA Lead, overseeing a department of seven squads. As CEO of Pointer, Olena demonstrated leadership in the IT education sector from February 2018 to February 2022. Earlier in the career, Olena made significant contributions at Astound Commerce, excelling as QA Lead, Senior QA Engineer, and QA Engineer, where responsibilities included creating test documentation, conducting cross-browser testing, managing databases, and tracking bug reports. Additional experience includes roles at SysIQ, Inc. and frog, as well as serving as Head of Contract Department at InnoVinnprom.
