Christopher Tiee

Christopher Tiee is a research scientist and engineer at Helm.ai since June 2017, with prior experience as a data engineering fellow at Insight Data Science and a researcher at UC San Diego. At Insight Data Science, Christopher developed a data engineering platform for real-time temperature visualization using modern big data tools. During a six-year tenure at UC San Diego, Christopher implemented numerical methods for partial differential equations and served as an instructor for various mathematics courses, emphasizing visualization and geometric understanding. Christopher also held positions as a teaching assistant and undergraduate researcher, focusing on computational methods in mathematical contexts.
