Steven Wong

Steven Wong is a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in the field of computer vision and MLOps, currently employed at Helm.ai since May 2023. Previously, Steven served as a Machine Learning Research Engineer at Motion2Ai, Inc., focusing on 3D depth estimation and object detection. Additional experience includes an internship at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where ML research was conducted in 3D neural reconstruction, and a research internship at UC San Diego's Rose Yu Labs, which involved time series analysis and traffic forecasting. Earlier roles include a Supplemental Instructor in Calculus at UC San Diego and a Mathematics Tutor at Mathnasium. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Machine Learning and Data Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, both obtained from UC San Diego.
