Alejandro Safie

Alejandro Safie has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Alejandro currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Helm Bank USA. Prior to this, they held the same position at Banco Pichincha-Miami Agency from June 2020 to December 2021. Alejandro also served in various roles at International Finance Bank (IFB) from 2005 to 2020, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Senior Vice President of Operations/Accounting/IT. Before IFB, they worked as a Vice President (Operations/IT) at Beach Bank from 1999 to 2005 and in an operations role at Colonial Bank from 1995 to 1999.

Alejandro Safie obtained a Master's in Business Administration degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami in 1994-1995. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the same university in 1992-1993. Alejandro Safie also obtained a High School Diploma from Gulliver Preparatory School in 1989.
