Angelica Chavarria

Angelica Chavarria has a diverse work experience in various industries such as banking, finance, and customer service. Angelica started their career as an Export Sales Manager at American Export Express, where they provided sales and service to local and international customers. Angelica then worked as a Warranty Administrator and Assistant Manager at Palmetto Ford, handling customer service, payroll, and claims receivables. Angelica later joined Regions Bank and Wells Fargo as an Executive Mortgage Banker, responsible for cross-selling banking products and originating mortgage sales. After that, they worked at State Trust Capital as an International Development Specialist, supervising independent channels and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Angelica then joined BSA Technologies, Inc. as a BSA Analyst, where they reviewed documentation for compliance projects. Currently, they are serving as a VP Business Development Officer at Helm Bank USA, where they drive sales and business development activities, builds relationships with referral sources, and ensures loan production goals are met.

Angelica Chavarria began their education journey in 1995 at Miami Dade College, where they obtained a Certificate of Business Administration in 1996. The following year, they earned a Certificate of International Marketing from the same institution. In 1997, they completed a Certificate of Accounting from Miami Dade College.

Angelica then pursued further education and attended Ford Motors from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Master Warranty Administrator. In 2003, they enrolled at Salem University and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Management and Accounting.

In addition to their formal education, Angelica has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they acquired a Real Estate License (Residential, General, and Provisional) from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. In 2009, they completed an Anti-Money Laundering training program offered by ACAMS. Finally, in 2015, they received a certification in Webinars Lending and BSA Compliance from Helm Bank USA.
