James Conley

James Conley has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Partner at Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, PA since 2006. Prior to this role, James held multiple positions at the Camden County Prosecutor's Office from 1975 to 2005, including Section Chief of the Homicide Unit and the Major Crimes Unit, as well as serving as Police Legal Advisor and Assistant Prosecutor. James earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School from 1971 to 1974 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from La Salle University between 1968 and 1971.
