Shana McMillan

Shana McMillan, Esq., LL.M. is an experienced tax professional with a strong focus on international tax management. With a background that includes roles as International Tax Manager at both Helmerich & Payne and Cohen & Company, and a Tax Manager at CCK Strategies, Shana has developed expertise in complex tax issues. Prior experience includes serving as an International Tax Consultant and Multi-state Indirect Tax Consultant at Deloitte, as well as working as a Pro-bono Tax Attorney at Harvard Law's Federal Tax Clinic. Shana holds a Master of Laws in Tax Law/Taxation from Boston University School of Law and a Doctor of Law from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
