Warren Herlong

Warren Herlong has been a lawyer and shareholder at Helmsing Leach Herlong Newman & Rouse PC since August 1978, specializing in eminent domain and condemnation. Warren obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law between 1971 and 1974 and holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from The University of Alabama, earned from 1966 to 1970. Warren has also studied at the University of Edinburgh.
