Zoila Urbani

Zoila Urbani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, client service, and project management at Helmsman Management Services LLC and Liberty Mutual Insurance since 2011. Zoila has also held positions as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Systems Analyst II, focusing on finance, reporting, and system enhancements across various domains. In addition to their corporate roles, Zoila owned and operated Great Bay Karate from 2016 to 2020, teaching Tang Soo Do and contributing to the martial arts community as a lifetime member of the Atlantic Pacific Tang Soo Do Federation. Earlier experience includes serving as Technology Coordinator at the Child Study and Development Center, managing technology operations and website enhancements. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Women's Studies, both from the University of New Hampshire.
