Erika Weisz

Erika Weisz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Erika is currently serving as the Principal Behavioral Scientist at murmuration since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Research at Helm starting in January 2022. Erika also worked as the Director of Behavioral Science at Helm from March 2021.

Erika's earlier experiences include being a Postdoctoral Researcher at Harvard University from July 2018 onwards, where they specialized in designing and conducting laboratory experiments, applying statistical methods, and presenting their findings through various platforms. Erika focused on research topics like leveraging behavioral economic techniques for charitable donations and exploring the regulation of empathy in different contexts.

Before their time at Harvard, Erika was a Doctoral Student at Stanford from August 2013 to June 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital from May 2011 to June 2013.

Erika Weisz pursued their education in psychology, starting with a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont from 2008 to 2011. Erika went on to complete a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Psychology at Stanford University, where they studied from 2013 to 2018.
