David Pritts

David Pritts has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. David most recently served as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources and HR Operations at Help at Home, where they were responsible for leading HR programs, policies, and initiatives. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., where they led the people strategy for the company. Additionally, David held multiple roles at CVS Health, including Director of Specialty Manufacturer Services and Senior Director of Strategic Human Resources Business Partner. David also worked at ARAMARK as a Regional Human Resources Director and at Sony Electronics as a Human Resources Manager. Overall, David has significant experience in driving people strategy, talent acquisition and retention, leadership development, and organizational planning.

David Pritts has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources from Robert Morris University. David also holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University.
