Sara has an innate knack for technology which she put to good use in previous jobs and in her personal life. She developed a keen interest in cybersecurity in her role as an access auditor for Microsoft where she worked with call center managers around the world to identify access issues. In her last job, her desire to help others fueled her work in putting together an automated document generation process that cut manual work by more than 65% and won her a CEO Innovation Award. On top of all this, Sara is also a CompTIA A+ and Project+ certified professional. All of this makes her an invaluable member of the talented Service Technician team.
