Viktoriia Vynogradova

Viktoriia Vynogradova has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Viktoriia is currently working as the Head of Procurement at Help - Hilfe Zur Selbsthilfe e. V. since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Procurement Officer at the same company from May 2022 to December 2022. Before that, Viktoriia served as the Chief Operations Officer of the residential services at TARYAN Group from July 2021 to December 2022. Viktoriia also worked as the Front Office Operations Manager at Wish Aqua&Spa Resort from November 2020 to July 2021 and as the Travel & Experience Manager at ALABRIGA HOTEL & HOME SUITES 5*GL from March 2020 to September 2020. In addition, they worked as an Assistant Front Office Manager at ALABRIGA HOTEL & HOME SUITES 5*GL from July 2019 to December 2019. Viktoriia gained valuable experience earlier in their career at Danone Dairy, where they held different roles including Head of Supply Chain, National Logistics Manager, National Customer Service Manager, and Customer Service&Master Data Manager. Their responsibilities included operations management, negotiation and contracting with suppliers, customer service, logistics, and team management.

Viktoriia Vynogradova began their education journey in 2000, when they enrolled at Ukrainian State Chemical-Technological University. Viktoriia pursued a Master's degree in Economy of Enterprise and completed their studies in 2005. Fast forward to 2019, Viktoriia pursued further education by undertaking a Postgraduate diploma in International Hospitality Management at Les Roches. Viktoriia successfully completed their studies in 2020, specializing in the field of Hospitality Management.
