Matt Plays

Matt Plays is the Creative Director at Help Scout. Matt was previously the Lead Brand Designer at Help Scout from January 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Lead Designer at Burton Snowboards from February 2015 to January 2019, where they were responsible for branding, design, video, photography, and marketing for Icon Snowskates. Matt has also worked as a Design & Video Associate at HubSpot from October 2012 to January 2015, developing video and design projects for the brand team covering product marketing, the Inbound conference, company partnerships, and brand vision. Matt was also the Co-founder & Creative Lead at Icon Snowskates from January 2008 to December 2020.

Matt Plays received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Media - Digital Post Production from Emerson College.

They work with Victor Velazquez - Growth Marketing Strategist, Abigail Phillips - VP, Customers, and Janie De Guzman - Brand Director. Matt Plays reports to Nick Francis, Co-Founder & CEO.
