Konstantin Kakabadze has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2010. From 2010-2016 they were the Head of Advertising and Informational Department and System Administrator at Trade House “Grand Prix”. In 2016, they became an IT Support Engineer at Coppertino Inc., where they were responsible for strategic-relationship/partnership-building, providing technical support to external clients, and designing and maintaining software engineering activities. Since 2017, they have been the Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at HelpCrunch.

Konstantin Kakabadze obtained their Bachelor's degree in Maritime engineering faculty from Marritime Academy in 2007-2011. Konstantin then attended Cisco CCNA in 2011 and earned their Cisco Certified Network Associate in Routing and Switching. In 2014, they completed their Junior QA Engineer certification from QATestlab in Application Test.
