Nithin Jilla

Nithin Jilla is a seasoned entrepreneur and education advocate with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Founder and Executive Director of Dreams for Schools since January 2013, Nithin has focused on advancing education equity, particularly in STEAM fields, by collaborating with community stakeholders to provide essential educational programs. Additionally, Nithin co-founded Excelsior Creative in March 2020, which offers software development and technology solutions for nonprofits and businesses. As a co-founder of JKL Teahouse, Nithin has contributed to celebrating Asian American heritage through literature, including the publication of "R is for Rice." Nithin serves as an advisor for Temelio and Helpen and held the position of Operating Partner at Chloe Capital. Other past roles include Philanthropic Advisor at the Sun Family Foundation and Ed Tech & Strategy Advisor at CEO Leadership Alliance Orange County. Nithin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC Irvine.
