Rick Duggan

Rick Duggan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at SHIFTit Health since April 2023, Rick leads a talented tech team in developing an innovative platform aimed at transforming healthcare staffing. In addition to this role, Rick is the Co-Founder and CEO of Concierge Software Design, overseeing the delivery of complex projects, and Co-Founder and CEO of Commutr, which optimizes transportation solutions for organizations. Rick also contributes as a Technical Advisor to CatalystCreativ, HELPEN, and Sidebench, providing expertise on projects and product development. With an educational background including a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and University of Central Florida, respectively, Rick is actively engaged in mentorship and advisory roles within the academic and nonprofit sectors.
