Jessica Miller

Jessica Miller has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jessica is currently working as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Helping Hand since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the same company from September 2022 to December 2022. Before joining Helping Hand, Jessica worked at Vein Clinics of America for over 12 years, starting as an Administrative - Clinic Liaison in November 2010 and progressing to the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist in August 2018. Jessica also held other roles, including Denials Management Coordinator and Community Liaison, during their tenure at Vein Clinics of America. Jessica's earlier work experience includes positions at UNC Health Care as a Purchasing Assistant in 2009 and at Oakbrook Terrace Dermatology as a Patient Service Representative in 2009. Jessica started their career at NuU MedSpa in 2006 as a Front Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to Sales Director.

Jessica Miller completed their BA in Healthcare Management with a focus on Healthcare Management and Human Resources at Concordia University Chicago from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Associates of Art degree from the College of DuPage from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they pursued further education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they obtained a certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from an unspecified starting year until 2016.
