Yanitzmarie Polanco

Yanitzmarie Polanco Jordan is a Program Trainer and Coach with experience in implementing evidence-based interventions to develop healthy relationships and encourage student learning. Yanitzmarie has managed and coached over 150 tutors, offering constructive feedback to enhance implementation practices. Yanitzmarie has also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, implementing reading/literacy interventions with elementary-aged students. Prior to this, Yanitzmarie worked as a full-time Nanny, providing care for a child from 6 months to two years of age. Yanitzmarie is currently pursuing a Master’s of School Psychology at Universidad Albizu, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
