Jack Carlson

Jack Carlson is an experienced sales professional currently serving as Channel Sales Manager at Helpshift since January 2019, where Jack focuses on building relationships with leading companies and creating solutions to enhance service sales. Prior roles include Digital Support Consultant at Helpshift, where Jack contributed to the support of top-grossing mobile apps for major enterprises like Microsoft and Square, as well as various sales positions at Granular and Straight North. Jack has a background in entrepreneurship as the founder and lead designer of Glen Ellyn Longboards, and valuable experience gained through internships in law and caddying. Jack holds a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
