Mithil O. possesses a strong background in data analytics and data science, currently serving in the role of Data Analytics & Reporting at Helpshift since October 2021. Prior experience includes a position as Data Scientist at Intrado from October 2019 to March 2021. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Pace University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Maharashtra Institute of Technology (2013-2017), along with a 12th Grade HSC in Science from Fergusson College (2011-2013) and a 10th Grade ICSE from The Bishop's School, Pune (2000-2011).
