August Schirmer

August Schirmer is a seasoned professional in project management and consulting with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at HELSE NORD IKT since March 2024, August previously held various senior roles at Deloitte from October 2016 to March 2024, focusing on Human Capital, Lean Portfolio Management, Agile Delivery, and Change Management. Prior to that, August worked as an Advisor at Sykehusinnkjøp HF, Norway's national procurement organization for specialist healthcare services. August holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has completed exchange programs at the University of California, Berkeley, and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway.
