Dawn Singerman

Dawn Singerman, CPA, serves as the Vice-president of Finance and Infrastructure at Héma-Québec since April 2021, overseeing finance and biomedical engineering functions while engaging in strategic initiatives such as SAP S4/HANA implementation. Previously, Singerman held the position of Director of Financial Resources (CFO) at McGill University Health Centre, managing a team of over 100 and ensuring financial integrity across operations from October 2018 to March 2023. Prior roles include Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at SNC-Lavalin, where leadership was demonstrated in financial reporting and system implementations as well as successive positions at GE Capital and GE Digital Energy focusing on financial management and compliance. Singerman holds a CPA, CMA designation from the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec and a B.Com in Finance from McGill University.
