Gabrielle Caron is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as the VP of Talent, DEIB & People Insights at 1Password, Gabrielle leads the strategy and operations for talent acquisition, people analytics, employer branding, and diversity initiatives. Previously held the role of Senior Director, Global Talent at Héma-Québec and spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company in various capacities, including Global Talent Manager and Professional Development Manager, effectively coaching over 50 consultants and managing significant staffing and performance review processes. Early career roles included recruitment consulting and guest services supervision, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal.
