Shanelle de Almeida

Shanelle De Almeida is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in psychology, human resources, and organizational management. As the Founder of themindmanager.lk since April 2018, Shanelle has focused on mental health initiatives. In addition, Shanelle has served as an Assistant Manager at HEMAS HOLDINGS PLC since 2015, where efforts are directed towards creating a healthier workforce in Sri Lanka. As a licensed clinical psychologist at Ninewells Hospital since October 2013, Shanelle provides holistic cognitive behavioral therapy interventions to clients. Previous roles include HR Executive at MAS, Research Assistant at Lewis & Clark College, and various internships related to counseling and human resources. Shanelle holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College and has a foundational education from Ladies' College, Colombo.
