Wathmila Medage

Wathmila Medage is an experienced professional in talent management and learning and development. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager at Hemas Hospitals Sri Lanka since January 2022, Wathmila focuses on developing a learning culture by conducting training needs analyses and compiling organizational training needs. Previous roles include Analyst in Learning and Development at Accenture, where responsibilities included leading a service delivery team, and HR Operations Executive, catering specifically to executive-level learning initiatives. Earlier experience at Continental Insurance Lanka Limited encompassed roles as Junior Executive in Talent Engagement and Development and Senior Insurance Assistant, where Wathmila contributed to induction training and employee engagement initiatives. Wathmila holds a Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
