Arun Nalla has a diverse range of work experience. Arun currently serves as the Assistant Director of the Molecular Diagnosis Laboratory at HematoLogics Inc., a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Scientist at the same company from April 2020 to March 2022.
Before joining HematoLogics Inc., Arun worked at the University of Washington Department of Laboratory Medicine as a Research Scientist from November 2017 to April 2020. Arun also gained experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at PAML from October 2016 to November 2017.

Arun Nalla completed their education in the field of biotechnology. Arun pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biotechnology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Hyderabad, spanning from 1999 to 2001. Furthermore, Arun Nalla obtained a certification as a Technologist in Molecular Biology from the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) in August 2015.
