Eric Obled has worked in various roles in the retail and customer service industries since 2008. Eric began their career at Decathlon as a Vendeur Cycles in 2008. In 2010, they moved to Castorama as a Vendeur Technique, where they were responsible for sales and customer advice, integrating new suppliers, implementing new families, and managing schedules. In 2011, they worked as an Assistant Chef de Projet (auto-entrepreneur) at Betwin, assisting a project manager with events and providing logistical support. In 2012, they joined Galeries Lafayette as a Manager des Ventes, managing a sector generating more than 6,000K€ per year and ensuring the good upkeep of a department. In 2013, they were promoted to Responsable Equipe service Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Sales Manager Marque Propre, and Sales Manager Parfum, managing 8 sales advisers and an 11-brand sector generating over 35,000K€ in annual sales. In 2019, they moved to Maison Christian Dior as a Responsable Adjoint. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Cyclofix as a Manager, Customer Success and in 2022, they began working at Hemea as a Customer Success Manager.
Eric Obled obtained their Brevet de Technicien Supérieur from Rennes in 2008-2010. Eric then went on to receive their Licence professionnelle management et marketing des réseaux de distribution from ESCCOT Rennes in 2011-2012. Subsequently, they earned their Master 1 management des entreprises from Ecole de commerce ISEE Paris in 2013 and their Master 2 management des entreprises from the same school in 2013-2014.
