Eileen Kuhn

Eileen Kuhn is the current Director of Human Resources at Hemenway & Barnes. Eileen has over 10 years of experience in managing operations for large companies. Eileen started their career at adidas as the Manager of International Operations. In this role, they managed operations for adidas' international markets. After four years, they transitioned to Dunkin'​ where they held the role of Operations Systems Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing Dunkin's operations systems. After two years, they were promoted to Operations Manager where they managed operations across a district comprised of 150 franchisees.

Eileen is a proven leader with a track record of increasing sales and profitability. Eileen is a strategic thinker who is able to create and implement performance metrics, efficiency models, and tracking and assessment tools that have a significant impact on operational and business functions. Under their leadership, comp sales have increased by over 10%.
