Linda Eriksson

Linda Eriksson is the current Head of Finance at Hemfosa Fastigheter. Linda has held this position since October 2020. Prior to their current role, Linda served as Finanschef & Affärsutveckling at ByggVesta from October 2020 to May 2022. Before that, they were with Hemfosa Fastigheter AB (publ) as their Finanschef from September 2015 to August 2020.

Linda's career began at Kungsleden in April 2007, where they served as their Finanschef until September 2013. Linda then moved to KF Fastigheter and served as their Projektcontroller from March 2004 to April 2007. In October 2013, they began working at Fastighets AB Förvaltaren as a Finans- fastighetsanalytiker and held that role until August 2015. Her first role in the finance industry was as a Finansanalytiker at AGL Structured Finance from January 2001 to March 2004.

Linda Eriksson has a Master's degree in Real Estate Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology as well as Stockholm University.

They work with Lars Thagesson - Board Member, Anna Alsborger - Head of transactions, and Annika Ekström - Head of Property Management. Linda Eriksson reports to Caroline Arehult, CEO.
