Bonface Mutua is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Team Lead at Hemingways Holdings since 2012, where responsibilities include updating ICT disaster recovery plans and managing Service Level Agreements. Previously, Bonface held the position of Systems Administrator, focusing on system performance monitoring, security measures, troubleshooting, and technical support for the database environment. Earlier experience includes an internship as an IT Assistant at Ole-sereni Hotel, where tasks involved supporting IT infrastructure and performing daily data backup routines.
