Robin Batten has over 25 years of experience in customer support and laboratory operations within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. At HemoSonics, Robin serves as Senior Manager of Customer Support, having progressed through roles such as Manager of Customer Support and Senior Scientist since joining the company in November 2015. Previously, Robin worked at LipoScience from September 2005 to October 2015, holding positions including Manager of Laboratory Operations and NMR Laboratory Supervisor, along with experience as a Medical Technologist. Robin's career began at Durham VA Medical Center, where a decade was spent as a Medical Technologist. Educationally, Robin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from North Carolina State University between 1989 and 1993 and attended Duke University from 1993 to 1994.
