Max Kley

Max Kley is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the CEO of Freudenberg e-Power Systems and a Member of the Executive Council at Freudenberg Group, Kley also holds positions as Chairman of the Board at XALT Energy and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Hemoteq AG. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director at Cambus Medical and VistaMed, and CEO of Freudenberg Medical Group, where Kley also served as President of Specialty Components and President of Europe & Business Development. Kley's career began with a focus on strategy development at Freudenberg Group and continued with a role as General Manager at Burgmann Automotive GmbH, along with financial leadership as Chief Financial Officer at Freudenberg Household Products LP. Kley holds a Doctor of Law degree and furthered education at INSEAD.
