Eduardo Leite has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Eduardo has held various leadership roles in different companies and industries. Starting in 2000, they served as a Site Manager in ICI Paints, where they managed the highest volume site in Latin America. Eduardo then became an Operations Manager in ICI Paints - Tintas Coral, overseeing manufacturing, logistics, and process optimization. In 2007, they became the Supply Chain Director for Continental Europe in ICI Paints, implementing centralized operations and introducing common KPIs. Eduardo joined AkzoNobel Coatings in 2008 and held the position of Supply Chain Director for South Europe & Africa, responsible for multiple manufacturing sites and logistics networks. Eduardo concurrently served as the Manufacturing Excellence Director for EMEA, leading the development of lean manufacturing programs and improvement plans. In 2011, they became the Operations & Supply Chain Director for South Europe, Africa, and Turkey at AkzoNobel Decorative Coatings, focusing on people, safety, service, cost, and continuous improvement. Eduardo then worked as an Independent Operations and Supply Chain Professional before joining Unilabs as the Chief Operating Officer for International Business, where they focused on business development and operations optimization in the Middle East and Latin America. Most recently, Eduardo Leite has held positions at EXPAL Systems and Hempel A/S, including Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director and Vice President Operations EMEA, respectively. Throughout their career, they have driven operational excellence, implemented improvement programs, and achieved cost savings.

From 1985 to 1990, they attended FEI and obtained a degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering.
In 1993 and 1994, they pursued a post-graduate program at FEI specializing in Productivity & Quality, focusing on industrial practices.
In 2004, they attended the Cranfield School of Management and completed a course in Creating an Effective Supply Chain, specializing in supply chain capability.
