Faisal Dhalla

Faisal specialises in corporate and commercial law and advises a wide range of private, public and third sector organisations on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations, commercial contracts and banking and finance law.

Faisal’s main industry focus is the health and social care sector. Within that sector, he specialises in the sale and purchase of health and social care businesses, in particular, dental practices and care homes. Faisal acts for private equity and venture capital backed businesses, practitioners (dentists and GPs), NHS bodies, social enterprises and charities and a variety of private limited companies.

Faisal provides specialist advice to dentists and dental corporates on the sale and purchase of dental practices, practice incorporations, issues involving NHS dental contracts and issues relating to associate agreements.

Faisal is also highly experienced in advising shareholders on shareholder exits, in particular, exits involving sales to large corporate groups.
