Troy Anderson

Troy Anderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and operations within the retail and military sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at Hendricks Commercial Properties since January 2023, Troy previously held the position of Vice President of Store Planning/Design/Construction at Menards for over 30 years, where responsibilities included overseeing the design and construction of all projects and driving strategic planning in collaboration with executive partners. In earlier roles, Troy was a Regional Operations Manager, managing a store with significant revenue and achieving notable net income margins. Additionally, Troy served in the United States Air National Guard from July 1990 to January 2000. Educational credentials include a degree from North Dakota State University.
